Wind Mitigation Inspection
Florida weather can be unpredictable, but your home’s protection shouldn’t be. A Wind Mitigation Inspection identifies the features that help your property withstand high winds, such as roof shape, attachments, and impact-resistant openings.
These inspections are not only important when you buy a home, but also when switching insurance providers or after completing home upgrades. Additionally, the state verification form is valid for up to five years, provided no material changes have been made to the structure, making this a smart, long-term investment in both safety and savings.
This inspection not only helps safeguard your home, it can also save you money. Many insurance providers offer premium discounts for homes with verified wind-resistant construction features.
Protect your home and your wallet.
